Founded by Sophia Lassen, a member of Generation Z, ZO Communication was created to help brands authentically engage with younger audiences in a world where innovation and transparency are key. With a background in Business Economics and Luxury Brand Management, Sophia’s experience working with brands like Harrods highlighted the disconnect many businesses face when trying to resonate with Gen Z.

Founder & CEO
I'm Sophia Lassen, founder and CEO of Zo Communication. As a proud member of Generation Z, I founded ZO Communication to bridge the gap between brands and younger consumers. My passion for creating change and understanding Gen Z makes me an ideal partner for businesses navigating today’s digital landscape.
Education
With a bachelor’s in Business Economics and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School, and a master’s in Luxury Brand Management from Regent’s University London, my education equips me to understand both the business and lifestyle sectors. This unique blend allows me to craft strategies that help brands stand out and connect with younger consumers in a competitive and ever-evolving market.

While pursuing my master’s degree at Regent’s University London, I collaborated with Harrods and saw the challenges traditional businesses face in resonating with Gen Z. This experience inspired me to bridge the gap, launching ZO Communication to help brands engage authentically with younger audiences.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Design & Business from Copenhagen School of Design & Technology (KEA), where I specialized in Design Thinking & Innovation, Marketing & Brand Management and Corporate Social Responsibility, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how to develop market strategies that align with the values of today’s consumers. My academic focus on sustainability and innovation allows me to develop forward-thinking and responsible strategies. Furthermore, I was awarded Best Bachelor Project at KEA 2024, as a recognition of my commitment to delivering creative and impactful business solutions.
